I have a Bsc (Hons) in Psychology. National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy NCHP Stages 1,2 & 3. I am an Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner. Also I have an ITEC in Anatomy, Physiology and Massage and a Diploma in Clinical and Holistic Aromatherapy

I am accredited by the NRHP and in process of applying for accreditation with the AAMET

My main practice approach is client led, mostly hypnotherapy

I specialise in phobias, anxiety, pain and change.

I have been able to help people with giving up smoking, pain, phobias (fear of flying) stress reduction, relaxation, weight loss and anxiety. I worked in the Priory Hospital as an aromotherapist and health care assistant and facilitated relaxation classes. I have always been interested in improving wellbeing and mental health.

I am a certified Life Skills Coach and Therapist able to help people unleash their full potential in order to live the successful and abundant life they were meant to live. I am also a committed Christian and offer Christian life coaching and counselling.

My main practice approach is Life Coaching using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming. I also do Performance and Success Coaching as well as help people with emotional problems to improve their quality of life.

I have a UK Government recognised ASET Diploma in Advanced Life Skills Coaching at Level 4. I have a Diploma in Cognitive Coaching and Mentoring, a Diploma in Biblical Theology and have almost finished a Bsc (Hons) degree in Psychology.

I am registered with the Society for Holistic Therapists and Coaches, and insured with the Psychologist’s Protection Society. My specialisms are success and performance coaching, using CBT and NLP as well as coaching/therapy for depression, anxiety, low self esteem, co-dependency and addiction.
